Although intended as a place for the general public to learn about composting, the site is also intended to be a learning resource for educators and students. 
 
 
The Challenge:
 
STOP procrastinating... 
  • Can you relate to throwing things into your home/school trash bins only to see them overflowing weekly? If so, I would like to see you start diverting those perfectly good composting materials into your own pile.
  • With a newly learned discipline, we went from overflowing garbage bins to overflowing compost bins whose sweet smelling degraded compost was tilled directly into the garden soil.
  • Yeah! ...  Nice trade off!
